Winter Renewal: A Mindfulness Workshop Series

We all need mindful rejuvenation from time to time. Winter Renewal is a Mindfulness Workshop Series designed to intentionally step away from the noise and chaos of our world, and shift your energy inward to gain new levels of self awareness, acceptance and aligned action.
Karen Bachman & Jennifer Jakubosky have carefully curated these 90-minute sessions in a small group setting, blending a variety of meditation techniques, mindfulness tools and restorative yoga postures to create a relaxing and transformative atmosphere, guiding you toward your highest self. Walk away with a new sense of self, a deeper appreciation for your unique journey and actionable steps to manifest your vision as you plant the seeds of renewal for the coming year.

What To Bring
Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a water bottle, a journal and something to write with. Bring your yoga mat and any props you need to be comfortable or you can use the blankets and props available in the studio. For those registering for all 3 sessions, a journal will be provided. Plan to turn your cell phone off while you are in the studio and leave all distractions outside the door.

$120 for 3 sessions (Includes a Journal)
$45 for each individual session

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your enrollment via email notification up to 24-hours prior to the start of the session and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24-hours prior to the start of the workshop may receive a refund less 30% cancellation fee. There are no refunds or credits after the start of the session.
